About The Position
Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Vallejo, California. The position offers a two-year income guarantee with a shareholder track and productivity-based compensation, with earning potential of $320,000 or more in the first year. The role includes access to advanced practice technology, including EPIC, and a customizable schedule and appointment slots. SMG is a multispecialty medical group with more than 1,600 clinicians practicing across seven counties in Northern California. Its clinicians work in primary care and specialties and also participate in teaching, research, leadership, community outreach, and volunteer work. SMG reports recognition for excellence in patient care and experience. Vallejo is in Solano County, between San Francisco and Sacramento. It offers waterfront access, parks, golf courses, and local higher-education institutions, with UC Berkeley and UC Davis also nearby.
