About The Position

This role utilizes a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. You will have virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. The position offers flexibility in schedule with a 4-day work week for full-time opportunities, part-time options, and flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are available. There is light physician call, which is all virtual and screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs initially. Abundant leadership and committee work opportunities are available, with active promotion of quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities
- Support physicians with paneled patient needs through a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs.
- Provide virtual in-basket support.
- Engage in collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization.
- Participate in leadership and committee work opportunities.
- Promote quality improvement projects.
Benefits
- Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
- $200,000 forgivable loan
