About The Position

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the primary care practice at Fairview Brooklyn Park Clinic in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The clinic is a 16-provider primary care practice with more than 12 specialists onsite. Physicians average 18–22 patient encounters per day and have 34 patient contact hours per week. Call is approximately once per month and is phone consultation only, with first-tier nurse triage. The position is available at 1.0 FTE or less, with a flexible schedule. As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Fairview uses a multidisciplinary team approach to managing clinical care. The practice offers employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support and a fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
Board certified or board eligible with the ABMS or AOA.
Licensed or able to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Able to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria and qualifications for credentialing and privileges, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide Family Medicine care in a primary care practice.
Manage clinical care using a multidisciplinary team approach.
Participate in approximately one monthly call rotation, providing phone consultation with first-tier nurse triage.
