About The Position
This role is part of a team-based care approach, working alongside NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. The position includes a virtual in-basket support team and collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization. A robust onboarding and mentorship program is provided. The role offers flexibility in schedule, with options for a 4-day work week for full-time positions and part-time opportunities available. Flexible patient visit duration and remote video visits from home are also offered. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and screened by an RN, NP, and PAs initially. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. Responsibilities

Benefits
- Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
- $200,000 forgivable loan
