About The Position

We are seeking a Physician for Family Medicine to join our team-based care approach. You will work collaboratively with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs, utilizing a virtual in-basket support team. We foster collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization and offer a robust onboarding and mentorship program. This role provides flexibility in schedule, with 4-day work weeks for full-time positions and part-time opportunities available, along with flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are an option. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and screened initially by an RN, NP, and PAs. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
