About The Position
Corewell Health is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team in an outpatient primary care clinic in Hart, MI. The physician will work alongside other Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) caring for patients in Hart, MI, and surrounding communities. The role features a four-day work week with no weekend or inpatient responsibilities. The office is equipped with EPIC EMR and receives full support from clinical associates and medical office staff. This is an employed model with practice management professionals assisting in daily operations and access to the resources and referral base of the larger Corewell Health system.
Requirements
- Required – Bachelor’s Degree
- BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
- LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required OR LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required OR CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
- CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
Responsibilities
- Caring for patients in an outpatient primary care clinic.
- Working alongside other Physicians and APPs.
- Utilizing EPIC EMR.
- Participating in an employed model with practice management support.
