Requirements

  • Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)
  • Epic EMR experience
  • TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements.
  • Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments.
  • High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns.
  • Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus.
  • Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation.

  • Otolaryngology services include but are not limited to: Chronic cough, ear surgery, ear tube surgery, facial plastics & reconstruction with free flaps, head and neck cancer, hearing loss, hoarseness, mouth lesions and tumors, pediatric ENT services, salivary stones, sinus surgery, tracheostomy, tracheal surgery of granulation tissue, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, reflux.

Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment and examination of patients during routine office hours.
  • Perform otolaryngology surgeries on patients as needed at the hospital.
  • Serve a diverse patient population with strong community ties.
  • Collaborate with St. Lawrence Region Physicians as well as other Physicians within the RRH system.
  • Opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and program development available.
