Physician - Endocrinology
About The Position
Ochsner Health Baton Rouge is hiring a full-time endocrinologist for a busy outpatient practice based at The Grove in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The practice serves patients with general endocrinology needs and sees approximately 16–20 patients per day, Monday through Friday. There are no call or weekend hours. Lab and imaging services are available, and there may be an opportunity to perform thyroid biopsies in the clinic. The position is part of an integrated practice model with a strong internal referral network and available support staff. Complementary services are immediately available through Ochsner Cancer Center – Baton Rouge, with support from specialists and subspecialists throughout Ochsner Health System. Ochsner uses the EPIC medical record platform and offers professional development opportunities in teaching, research, physician leadership, and community service. Responsibilities
- Provide general endocrinology care in an outpatient practice.
