About The Position
Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for its St. Rose Dominican Hospital campuses in the Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, Nevada area. The role offers an opportunity to join Vituity’s physician-owned partnership, which provides autonomy and local control, financial transparency, partnership income, equity ownership, and access to support from a national healthcare team. Qualified applicants may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. The practice includes St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s West Flamingo, Sahara, Blue Diamond, and North Las Vegas campuses. The emergency department has 8 beds and an annual volume of 36,000 patients, with a patient mix of adults and pediatric patients. The hospital provides emergency care, inpatient care, and diagnostic services. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Partnership income may add to total compensation, which varies by site and may significantly exceed the stated range. Part-time and per diem compensation is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
