About The Position

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to work across a multi-site system in the Lansing, Michigan area. Providers will be cross-credentialed at the Sparrow sister sites, which include University of Michigan Health - Sparrow Eaton Hospital in Charlotte, Sparrow Ionia Hospital in Ionia, Sparrow Okemos in Okemos, and Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. The system includes a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. The main Emergency Department has 75 beds plus a 20-bed fast track, sees an annual volume of 75,000 patients, and has a 20% admit rate. It serves a diverse patient population with a good mix of acuity and access to all subspecialty backup. Vituity-staffed hospitalists provide integrated care solutions at the site. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Physicians are equitable owners and partners from day one, with autonomy, local control, financial transparency, peer-level support, and opportunities for career development. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
ATLS certification.
ACLS certification.
PALS certification.
