About The Position

Tia is seeking an early-career Physician to join their Pasadena clinic. This role is designed for a recent residency graduate who aims to build a strong clinical foundation within a supportive, team-based setting. The Physician will be a key member of the care team, providing primary care and women's health services. This position offers the opportunity to expand clinical scope, gain confidence, and develop a long-term career path in an integrated care model. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • MD or DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in FM, IM, or OB/GYN.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program (or currently in final year).
  • Active California Medical License (or in-process) and DEA registration; authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in preventive care, annual exams, and managing common acute/chronic conditions.
  • Fundamental knowledge of contraception, STI care, and routine gynecological concerns.
  • Comfortable with mental health screenings and longitudinal follow-up (e.g., anxiety, depression).

  • Leverage technology and data to enhance clinical decision-making and maintain efficient documentation.
