Physician (Early Career) - Studio City We’re hiring an early-career Physician to provide high-quality, whole-person care in our Studio City clinic. This role is ideal for a recent residency graduate looking to build strong clinical foundations while growing within a supportive, team-based environment. You’ll be a core part of our care team, delivering primary care and women’s health services while continuing to expand your clinical scope, confidence, and long-term career pathway in practice. As Tia grows, this role offers the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to a modern, integrated care model and develop alongside a team committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in FM, IM, or OB/GYN.
- Completion of an accredited residency program (or currently in final year).
- Active California Medical License (or in-process) and DEA registration; authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in preventive care, annual exams, and managing common acute/chronic conditions.
- Fundamental knowledge of contraception, STI care, and routine gynecological concerns.
- Comfortable with mental health screenings and longitudinal follow-up (e.g., anxiety, depression).

- Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse range of acute and chronic clinical needs.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and seamless patient experiences.
- Actively engage in training to build confidence and expand your clinical scope over time.
- Leverage technology and data to enhance clinical decision-making and maintain efficient documentation.
