Physician - Critical Care
About The Position
Vituity is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join its physician-owned partnership at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, California. The role offers autonomy and local control, with support from Vituity’s national healthcare team and peer expertise. The hospital is the community’s only hospital, a Primary Stroke Center, and a 93-bed facility with an 8-bed closed ICU. The site uses Epic EMR and sees 3–7 encounters per day per intensivist. Vituity-staffed hospitalists provide integrated care solutions at the site, which has an excellent staff and a vision for expansion. Candidates interested in working in an academic setting with advanced provider students and medical students are desired. Partnership participation begins on day one and includes equity ownership, profit distributions, and K-1 tax advantages. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience; total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed that range.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine.
