About The Position

SunState Medical Specialists is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its urology team in Boca Raton, offering the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment where providers play an integral role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to evaluate, treat, and follow patients with a wide range of urologic conditions while building meaningful, long-term relationships with the patients you serve. The position includes call responsibilities and involvement in care across several leading South Florida hospitals, including Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Delray Medical Center, and West Boca Medical Center, providing valuable clinical variety and continuity of care. This opportunity is ideal for a Physician Assistant who enjoys a balance of autonomy and collaboration, values specialty-focused practice, and is looking to grow within a respected and expanding urology program.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of PA experience required.
• Urology experience required.
• PA-C board certification.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in spoken Spanish preferred but not required.
