About The Position
Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant for their Panel Replacement Services in Spokane. This role supports patient access across multiple Spokane Medical Center locations and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively to ensure timely, high-quality care. The position is 100% outpatient with no call required. Candidates with experience in telehealth and digital health are ideal, or those willing to incorporate virtual care. The role offers an excellent balance of patients per day, with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team providing 24/7 support. An inbox support team manages a significant portion of messages, and AI scribing/summarization tools are available to reduce charting time. WPMG's integrated healthcare model provides clinicians with instant access to numerous specialties for comprehensive patient treatment.
Requirements
- Physician Assistant Degree
- NCCPA Certified (PA-C)
- Ability to obtain Unrestricted Federal DEA
- Ability to obtain WA State Medical License

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key clinical resource for Panel Replacement Services (Float Pool).
- Support patient access across Spokane Medical Center locations (Lidgerwood, Riverfront, South Hill, and Veradale).
- Work collaboratively across multiple sites to ensure timely, high-quality care for the primary care patient population.
- Incorporate virtual care into practice if experienced with telehealth and digital health.
- Manage patient follow-up instructions and emails.
- Connect patients with social services.
- Provide patient care in a 100% outpatient setting with no call required.
