About The Position

NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to take front-line responsibility in Cardiovascular Medicine. In this combined, highly autonomous role, the PA manages all aspects of care for the service lines, including hospital consultations, examinations, periprocedural management, transfer coordination, and leadership in delivering high-quality, innovative care to patients and families. The position is based at NYP Westchester in Bronxville, New York, and is per diem with rotating 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. On-site presence is required, and employees should live within commuting distance; travel expenses are not reimbursed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• New York State Physician Assistant credential.
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Certified Life Support (ACLS).

Nice To Haves

• Previous PA experience in Interventional Cardiology or Cardiovascular Medicine.
• ICU or Critical Care experience.
