About The Position

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate, skilled Medical Provider to provide whole-person primary care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The role focuses on comprehensive medical services, lasting patient relationships, and collaboration with a high-functioning care team to support optimal health outcomes. Care is provided through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments, using a functional and integrative medicine approach. The position offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation assistance, functional medicine onboarding and mentorship, and ongoing training. The schedule is a four-day work week with flexibility and no nights or weekends. Clinical and administrative support includes coding and billing assistance, as well as dedicated medical assistant and medical scribe support. OnePeak Medical also covers malpractice insurance and offers reimbursement for moving expenses and 50% of licensing and DEA expenses.

Requirements

Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant, or eligibility to obtain one.
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
Perform comprehensive assessments; order and interpret labs and imaging; and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
