Primary Care Functional Medicine - Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate and skilled medical provider to provide whole-person primary care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The provider will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting relationships with patients, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to support optimal health outcomes. Care is provided through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments, using a functional and integrative medicine approach. The role includes comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing functional medicine training. Clinical support includes administrative, coding, and billing assistance, with medical assistant and medical scribe support available. The position offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, and relocation is offered. The schedule is a four-day work week with flexibility and no nights or weekends.
Requirements
- Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an applicable specialty.
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency using electronic health records.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs and imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
- Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
- Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
- Document visits in the electronic health record in a timely and compliant manner.
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
- Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
