About The Position
Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG) is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team at the Rock Landing Internal Medicine practice in Newport News. This established, busy, and growing practice offers an opportunity for growth and is supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, empathetic, a good communicator, and organized. The location offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, museums, and concerts, promoting a good work-life balance.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA license
- Current national board certification
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Focus on providing the best patient service with warm greetings, great customer service, and exceptional care.
- Understand the patient’s medical needs and help the patient understand it themselves.
- Work on the best course to better health.
- Support from an experienced administrative and clinical team that performs clinical administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients.
