About The Position

Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG) is seeking a full-time Advanced Care Provider (ACP) to join their Endocrinology team in Virginia Beach, VA. The ACP will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with endocrine and metabolic disorders. This role involves performing advanced clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing therapies, and educating patients and families. The ACP will work collaboratively with endocrinologists and a multidisciplinary team, practicing with clinical autonomy while contributing to quality improvement and promoting best practices. The Hampton Roads area offers a good work-life balance with various indoor and outdoor activities, making it an attractive place to live and practice medicine.

Requirements

Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program
Current state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant
Current DEA license
Current national board certification
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
Performs advanced clinical assessments.
Develops and implements evidence-based treatment plans.
