About The Position

As a Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine at Linden Medical Group, you will provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. You will work with a collaborative care team to manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, and build lasting relationships with patients. This is a full-time, day-schedule position, Monday through Friday, at Linden Oaks. The position includes comprehensive health benefits, a 403(b) retirement plan, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, four weeks of vacation, and one week of CME with a CME allowance.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies (required).
PA-C certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Registered Physician Assistant (RPA) credential through the NYS Office of Professions.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and provide preventive care and patient education.
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care and specialty referrals as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient visits, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
