About The Position

NextCare is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide urgent care in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role offers varied clinical work, autonomy, and community impact in a supported, fast-paced setting. Clinicians care for a broad patient population, with generally low-acuity presentations, and receive support from experienced clinical teams, peers, practice guidelines, and medical leadership offering real-time guidance and mentorship. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week. Standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week; occasional weekend and holiday work is required.
