About The Position

Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a CORE position at its Rainier Urgent Care Clinic. The posting also describes a float position supporting urgent care clinics; float-pool clinic locations may vary, and same-day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances or callouts require coverage. Indigo is part of MultiCare, a not-for-profit regional health system, and provides in-person and virtual urgent care across Washington and Idaho. Clinics are open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The full-time schedule is 14 shifts per month, with schedules created two months in advance and team input. The role offers flexibility, including weekend and holiday rotations. Providers work autonomously and at the top of their license in a team-based care model without patient panels, with opportunities to lead and mentor fellow providers. The clinical environment is fast-paced, modern, and technology-enabled. Compensation includes earning potential of $200,000 or more, with competitive compensation and possible volume incentives, customer experience bonuses, and sign-on bonuses. Indigo describes a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, which may vary by role and location.
