About The Position
Emplify Health-Friendship (a.k.a. Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics) is seeking a full time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our rural health clinic in Friendship, WI. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum Family Medicine. This is an outpatient only position. The clinic days are Monday through Friday. Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics (Critical Access Hospital/Rural Health Clinics) has been meeting the healthcare needs of Adams County and the surrounding area since 1959. We offer a variety of services including: 24-hour emergency care, family clinic (Friendship and Westfield, WI), inpatient care, outpatient services, diagnostic testing, surgical procedures, full-service in-house pharmacy, and Vision Clinic. Our goal is to provide accessible, affordable, high quality health care.
