About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an .85 FTE Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Houston, Minnesota clinic. This is a two-provider clinic opportunity with an experienced team around you including RN, MA, RAD/Lab and patient liaison. The clinic services Houston and surrounding rural south-eastern Minnesota. Practice Highlights include great work-life balance, excellent communication with specialties, high clinical quality scores, and high patient satisfaction scores. There are no weekend or evening clinic hours, and only 6 weeks of home call per year to cover local nursing homes. Gundersen is the first known health system in the nation to meet its energy needs exclusively with renewable energy. Requirements

  • Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.
  • Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and specialized care.
  • Provide emergency care.
  • Provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
  • Teach students, residents, fellows or clinical staff.
