About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an .85 FTE Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Houston, Minnesota clinic. This is a two-provider clinic opportunity with an experienced team around you including RN, MA, RAD/Lab and patient liaison. The clinic services Houston and surrounding rural south-eastern Minnesota. Practice Highlights include great work-life balance, excellent communication with specialties, high clinical quality scores, and high patient satisfaction scores. There are no weekend or evening clinic hours, and only 6 weeks of home call per year to cover local nursing homes. Requirements

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.
Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician.
