About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an .85 FTE Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Houston, Minnesota clinic. This is a two-provider clinic opportunity with an experienced team around you including RN, MA, RAD/Lab and patient liaison. The clinic services Houston and surrounding rural south-eastern Minnesota. Requirements

Completed an accredited program.
Eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients in the Houston and surrounding rural south-eastern Minnesota area.
Work under the direct supervision of a physician.
Potentially provide outreach services as part of the role.
Teach students, residents, fellows or clinical staff.
