About The Position

The CORE Institute is seeking a highly qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic and integrated team dedicated to delivering the best in Vein Health in their Arizona markets. This provider will collaborate with Vascular Physicians in managing chronic venous disease. The position is full-time, clinic-based, with the opportunity for procedural assisting. The weekly schedule is four days per week, in office, with a day of administrative time. There is opportunity for a productivity-based bonus, as well as additional stipends. Call is minimal and can be taken remotely, in rotation with other APPs on the team. The ideal candidates will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in clinical care, integration with clinical quality standards, and fostering a high level of teamwork with colleagues. There are also ample opportunities for an academically active clinical practice involved in resident and fellow education as well as engaging in teaching highly qualified candidates. The CORE Institute is one of the largest integrated musculoskeletal practices in the US, built around a comprehensive infrastructure of highly specialized clinical care delivery, outcomes tracking and practice efficiencies. The practice utilizes unique and powerful clinical quality and healthcare analytics platforms along with expert-led Medical Economics and operational excellence teams to develop, deploy and lead advanced MSK value-based care activities across the region.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of clinical experience (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in clinical care.
  • Integration with clinical quality standards.
  • Fostering a high level of teamwork with colleagues.
