About The Position
MyMichigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Vascular Surgery Team in Midland, Michigan! This is a full-time, day shift position, Monday-Friday, with a 1:4 rotation for weekend and holiday coverage. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with no call at this time. Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health’s credentialing process, and a robust onboarding and training program is provided.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- AHA approved ACLS Certification
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience with surgical specialties preferred, new grads will be considered
Responsibilities
- Inpatient consults, rounding, and collaboration for scheduling procedures/surgeries
- Clinic follow-up appointments, including in-hospital follow-up appointments
