About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing multidisciplinary medical team. This full-time position provides care at the practice’s Waldorf and Oxon Hill, Maryland offices, which are approximately 30 minutes apart. The role focuses on helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to a more active lifestyle. The practice offers a supportive team environment, a manageable workload, no weekends, call, or holidays, and office hours that end early on Fridays.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Active Maryland PA or NP license.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions.
Perform patient examinations and review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Use a multimodal approach to care, including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate.
Review and explain test results to patients.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers.
