About The Position

Anne Arundel Dermatology is seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of dermatology experience to join its Annapolis, Maryland office. The role is based in an established, busy practice serving an underserved community, with a support team focused on delivering exceptional, patient-first care. Full-time and part-time options are available, at 32–40 hours per week. The listed full-time salary is $125,000 or more, with unlimited bonus potential.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in dermatology.
Knowledge of clinical dermatology services and treatments.
Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized and efficient, with the ability to work in a busy environment.
Team oriented.
Operates transparently and with integrity.
Willingness to succeed and grow individually and as part of a team.
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Active and unrestricted state medical license, or ability to obtain one.
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) credentials for prescription writing.

Responsibilities

Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and patient care.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of medical protocols, standard operating procedures, and policies.
Follow designated standards and protocols for documenting medical services performed.
Review new client intake forms and document client treatments and plans of care.
Build patient partnerships by matching patient needs to available services and products and explaining how patients can benefit from them.
Perform other duties as assigned.
