About The Position

North Florida Sinus Center is a well-established adult otolaryngology practice committed to compassionate, patient-centered care for ear, nose, and throat disorders. The practice seeks a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work with board-certified otolaryngologists and the clinical team. The role involves delivering high-quality care in clinic and, when needed, in surgical settings. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, communicate clearly, build long-term patient relationships, and be eager to develop clinically in a procedural specialty. Training and mentorship are provided, including for ENT procedures and allergy clinic services.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited PA or APRN/NP program.
Current national certification (PA-C / APRN/NP).
Active or eligible Florida licensure.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide two professional references.

Nice To Haves

ENT or surgical specialty experience is preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in ENT are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical examinations.
Partner with attending physicians on new patient visits.
Manage follow-up, return, and post-operative visits, with increasing autonomy as appropriate.
Learn and perform ENT diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including binocular microscopic ear examinations, nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, suturing, wound management, airway-related assessments, and other in-office procedures.
Assist with surgery and perioperative care as needed.
Develop and lead a comprehensive allergy clinic, including skin testing and contemporary immunotherapy techniques.
Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Document accurately and efficiently in the EHR.
