Part-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for part-time opportunities in Chesterfield. The role involves delivering high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in a dynamic urgent care environment. Providers work in modern, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic), alongside collaborative support staff including radiologic technologists and highly trained medical assistants. The position offers competitive salary and hourly rates, a monthly daily-volume bonus based on patient visit metrics met per shift, and a quarterly bonus of up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Requirements
- At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
- Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
- Comfort with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints.
- Ability to provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
- Physician Assistants must have a master's degree and NCCPA certification.
- Nurse Practitioners must have a master's degree and appropriate AANC or AANP certification.
Responsibilities
