About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for part-time opportunities in Chesterfield. The role involves delivering high-quality care in state-of-the-art urgent care centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy. Providers work with collaborative support staff, including radiology technicians and medical assistants, and may treat both pediatric and adult patients. Requirements

• At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfort with minor procedures, preliminary EKG reads, and preliminary X-ray reads.
• Physician Assistants must have a master's degree and NCCPA certification.
• Nurse Practitioners must have a master's degree and appropriate AANC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in an urgent care setting.
• Treat pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints.
• Provide preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
