OnSite Dermatology - Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner - Part Time
About The Position
OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience for a part-time role serving Tacoma, Washington, and surrounding communities. The position is one day a week and provides mobile dermatology services to seniors living in retirement communities and nursing homes. The clinician will join an established patient base and provide medically oriented dermatology care to patients who might otherwise lack access to dedicated dermatology services. OnSite Dermatology is a national mobile dermatology practice focused on detecting and treating skin conditions, including precancers, cancerous growths, inflammation, scaling, and infections. The role offers greater autonomy than a traditional practice setting, along with back-office support for appointments, insurance verification, and billing, and use of a cloud-based dermatology-specific EMR. The clinician will typically visit two to three geographically grouped communities per day, with daily travel required. Work is on the road in the Tacoma area.
Requirements
- At least one year of medical dermatology experience.
- Valid state Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.

- Geriatric experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical assessments and diagnose and treat a variety of dermatological disorders.
- Perform full-body skin examinations.
- Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, and ED&C.
- Travel daily to communities in Tacoma and surrounding areas, typically visiting two to three communities per day.
