About The Position
Community Hospital is a full-service, acute-care hospital, licensed for 60 beds, serving the Grand Valley of Colorado. It is an independent hospital recognized for its quality, earning a 5-star rating from CMS and accolades from Becker's Healthcare and Healthgrades. Community Care of the Grand Valley, an established practice with clinic locations in Grand Junction and Palisade, is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join their expanding Acute Care team. This role supports multiple Acute Care Clinics and the Colorado Mesa University Student Health Center.
Requirements
- Previous Acute Care Experience Highly Preferred given the sometimes autonomous nature of the specialty.
- Must be a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Cover multiple Acute Care Clinics locations throughout the Grand Valley.
- Provide care within the Acute Care setting.
