Pearl Street Medical Clinic, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Physician Assistant/Physician Associate passionate about delivering patient-centered primary care. Requirements

• Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
• 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed PA
• BE/BC
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• May involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
