About The Position
ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is hiring an in-person Physical Therapy Technician/Tech/Aide at its Leon Springs clinic in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports therapists with daily exercise treatments, assists patients with exercise equipment, and contributes to patient records, clinic organization, customer service, and administrative duties. The position calls for a team-oriented person with a strong work ethic, a positive and professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping patients.

Responsibilities
- Assist therapists in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments according to the therapist’s plan of care.
- Learn to set up and assist patients using equipment such as machine weights and aerobic conditioning devices.
- Maintain accurate patient records, marketing materials, and patient information.
- Keep the therapy area tidy, follow cleaning protocols, and organize the area when patient assistance is not required.
- Answer phones, take referrals, pre-authorize visits, and provide front desk or billing support as needed.
- Assist other clinics or departments as necessary and remain flexible in supporting the team.
