Physical Therapy Technician
About The Position
Spectrum Therapy Consultants is hiring a Physical Therapy Technician for its El Paso Central, Texas team. This role supports providers during patient exercises and treatments and helps patients have a smooth, welcoming clinic experience. The technician also assists the Front Office Coordinator with patient greetings, appointment scheduling, calls, and copay handling, while keeping communication flowing among providers, patients, and front office staff. The role suits people interested in healthcare, including pre-physical therapy, nursing, and allied health students, athletes, and former athletes. Experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training is offered to an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated candidate. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Friendly and approachable, with an enjoyment of interacting with people.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Passionate about exercise, sports, anatomy, and physiology.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Interest or background in pre-physical therapy, nursing, allied health, athletics, or a healthcare career.
Responsibilities
