Physical Therapy Clinic Aide - Thurston County (Full-time)
About The Position
Olympic Sports & Spine has an immediate opening for a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at its Olympia Westside clinic. This entry-level, non-treating position provides clinic and front-office support to clinic personnel. The aide's primary responsibility is setting up therapeutic modalities at the direction of therapy staff. The role also includes administrative tasks, laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory. Aides work under close supervision from physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Offers of employment are contingent on satisfactory completion of a background screening, which may include verification of employment history and education, a credit check where applicable, criminal record check, and reference checks.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinic and front-office support to clinic personnel.
- Set up therapeutic modalities at the direction of therapy staff.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering phones.
- Handle laundry.
- Stock exam rooms.
- Assist with ordering and inventory.
