About The Position
Olympic Sports & Spine has an immediate opening for a part-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at its Federal Way location. This entry-level, non-treating position provides clinic and front-office support to clinic personnel. The primary responsibility is setting up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff. The role works under close supervision from physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; schedules vary by clinic location. The position is eligible for a prorated part-time benefits package, including medical, sick leave, vacation, holidays, and more. Employment offers are contingent on satisfactory completion of a background screening, which may include verification of employment history and education, a credit check where applicable, criminal record check, and reference checks. Responsibilities
- Set up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff.
- Provide clinic and front-office support to clinic personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and answering phones.
- Handle laundry.
