About The Position
Olympic Sports & Spine has an immediate opening for a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at its Tacoma Allenmore clinic. This entry-level, non-treating position supports clinic personnel and is closely supervised by physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives. The aide’s primary responsibility is setting up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff, along with providing clinic and front-office support. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; schedules vary by clinic location. The position is eligible for a full-time benefits package, including medical benefits, paid time off, and holidays. Employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background screening.
Responsibilities
- Set up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff.
- Provide clinic and front-office support to clinic personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering phones.
- Handle laundry.
- Stock exam rooms.
- Assist with ordering and inventory.
