Physical Therapy Clinic Aide - King County (Full-time)
About The Position
Olympic Sports & Spine has an immediate opening for a full-time, entry-level, non-treating Physical Therapy Clinic Aide in Federal Way. Clinic Aides provide clinic and front-office support to clinic personnel. The primary responsibility is setting up therapeutic modalities as directed by therapy staff. Aides also perform administrative and clinic-support tasks and work under close supervision by physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives. The Federal Way schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schedules vary depending on clinic location. The position is described as eligible for a part-time prorated benefits package, including medical, sick, vacation, holidays, and more. Offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of a background screening, which may include verification of employment history and education, credit check where applicable, criminal record check, and reference checks.
Requirements
- Ability to work under close supervision by physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic modality setups as directed by therapy staff.
- Assist clinic personnel with clinic and front-office support.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering phones.
- Handle laundry.
- Stock exam rooms.
- Assist with ordering and inventory.
