About The Position
Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join its Rehab Team at Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, Pennsylvania. The role supports the older adult population in senior-living and post-acute care settings. The assistant works closely with a Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and carry out treatment plans, while contributing as part of an interdisciplinary team. The position requires meeting productivity standards and completing required documentation, with a focus on helping patients achieve important outcomes and serving as a trusted partner to the community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans.
