About The Position

Innovate Rehab and Wellness is hiring a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for PRN, as-needed work in a skilled nursing facility in Greenville, Missouri. The assistant works under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, regain strength, and increase function by delivering individualized, patient-centered care. Treatment is focused on one-on-one care, with group or concurrent treatments under 1%. Scheduling is flexible and designed to support work–life balance. Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Valid state Physical Therapy Assistant license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Rehabilitation or clinical experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement patient-specific treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist.
Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
Educate patients on safe techniques and the use of assistive devices.
Monitor and document patient progress, and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
Maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.
Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment.
Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
