About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide home-based care. Working under the direction of Physical Therapists, the PTA treats patients with physical impairments using physical modalities. The goal is to help patients improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living. The position offers compensation of $38.00–$40.00 per hour, based on years of experience.
Requirements
- Must be currently licensed as a PTA in the state of employment.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must have dependable transportation that is kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities under the direction of Physical Therapists.
- Help patients improve mobility, function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living.
