About The Position
Pivot Home Health is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to provide therapy in home-based and community settings in Pueblo, Colorado. The role serves adults and/or pediatric clients across the lifespan, supporting children as they develop skills and adults as they regain independence after illness or injury. Clinicians can choose their caseload without a minimum visit requirement and set a schedule to fit their lifestyle and financial goals. Full-time work is defined as 20 or more visits per week; part-time work is also available. Compensation is $50–$60 per visit. Pediatric care may focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning. Adult care may involve adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve independence and quality of life at home. Pivot describes its approach as clinician-first and offers clinical leadership, 24/7 on-call support, mentorship, training, and professional development. An iPad is provided for electronic documentation.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to clients in home-based and community settings.

- Help clients improve participation, independence, and quality of life in their homes and communities.
- Complete electronic documentation using the provided iPad.
