About The Position

The Physical Therapy Assistant delivers physical therapy services according to the plan of care described by a Physical Therapist and/or ordered by a physician licensed in the State of Alaska. The role is full time, 1.0 FTE, with a day shift schedule of 40 hours per week, and is onsite at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska.

Eligible external hires who meet the required qualifications and payment conditions may receive a $5,000 hiring bonus. Relocation assistance is available to eligible hires who meet the applicable qualifications and payment conditions. Requirements

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or equivalent education/experience.
• Alaska Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
