About The Position

Providence Alaska Medical Center is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapists for its Pediatric PT Department in Anchorage, Alaska. Available schedules include full-time (1.0 FTE, day shift, 40 hours per week), part-time (0.6 FTE, day shift, 24 hours per week), and per diem (0.01 FTE, day shift, hours as needed). The full-time position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible hires who meet the applicable qualifications and payment conditions.

The therapist assesses, plans, and implements pediatric physical therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patients and families. The role also assists with direct patient care and collaborates with team members to plan and provide care in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association. Applicants who meet the qualifications will receive an invitation to answer additional screening questions through the Hire Vue system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Experience and credentials in pediatrics.

Responsibilities
