About The Position
Provide outpatient physical therapy in an acute hospital setting, treating neuro/orthopedic and medically complex patients. The assignment is 13 weeks and starts ASAP. The schedule is either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts during the day. Some Saturdays may be required. The position does not require on-call coverage. The facility is a 407-staffed-bed Magnet facility and Level II Trauma Center. Charting is done in Epic; scrubs are provided and parking is free.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience; first-time clinicians are accepted.
- BLS certification.
- Alaska PT license; pending license is accepted.
- Candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
- All requested time off must be included in the submission; time off is reviewed individually upon offer.
