Requirements

  • Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
  • Graduation from an accredited PT program
  • Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
  • Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
  • Implement skin and wound‑prevention strategies
  • Educate clients and families to support long‑term success
  • Document care using our intuitive EMR system
